How do I track my order?

To know the current status of your order please go to Order Tracking page and enter your Order ID in the box and press the “Track” button on this page.

How do I know my order is confirmed?

Once your order is confirmed and processed, you will receive a shipment notification via E-mail advising you on the estimated date of delivery. You can also check the current status of your order please log into your account on s gondget and go to My Account section.

What do the different order statuses mean?

Confirmed: Your order has been successfully placed.
Processing: We have received your order and we have started processing.
Packed: Order has been packed and ready to be picked up by the courier partner
Shipped: You order has been dispatched and is on its way to you.
Delivered: Your order has been delivered to the delivery address successfully.

Which courier will deliver my order? Can I choose the courier?

For smooth delivery of your orders, we have tied up with several trustworthy couriers. Once your order is handed over to the courier, you will receive shipping details via email. We do not offer the option to choose your preferred courier. However, we will inform you when such services are rolled out in future.

How do I locate a missing package which shows as delivered?

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you can’t find it then look for a notice from the courier agency. It could be possible that courier attempted delivery but no one was available at the delivery location to accept the delivery of your order. Check if someone else has accepted the delivery. You can also contact our courier partners to check the exact delivery status. Items in the same order may be delivered separately. Go to My Account section to view the status of different items in your order.

What should I do if I find my package opened or tampered with upon delivery?

Gondget believes in making your shopping experience perfect. However, if you receive an open or a tampered package, please do not accept it. Report this concern by clicking on ‘Return/Replace’ in your My Account page within the TrustPay period. We will look into it immediately.

Why did I receive a partial order?

Please check if your order contains items with different delivery times. They will be shipped to you separately. The expected delivery date of each item will be communicated to you before your order is shipped. If your missing item was part of a combo/set, let us know.  Click on Contact US and write to us or 044-42157033.

Cancellation

How do I place a cancellation request on gondget?

If you wish to cancel your order, please follow these steps:

  1. Find your order on in the My Account section on our website
  2. Click on the Cancel link against the order you wish to cancel
  3. Choose cancellation option and fill in the required details Once the cancellation request is created, we will ensure that the cancellation is processed as soon as possible
Can I cancel my order anytime before it is delivered?

No, you can cancel your order only before it’s shipped. Visit My Account and click on Cancel against the relevant item. Enter the reason for cancellation and submit.

Why can't I see a cancel link in My Orders section against the product I ordered?

If you are not able to see a Cancel option in your My Orders section against a product: Then the product is shipped already and its handover to our courier partner.

Why was my order cancelled?

Your order may have been cancelled because of any of the following reasons are Non-availability of the product(s) & Inaccuracies or errors in pricing information.

Can I cancel part of my order?

If you placed a single order with multiple items, you can individually cancel delivery of any of them. However, an item can’t be cancelled individually if it is part of a combo or clubbed with another item.

Refund

How long will it take me to receive the refund for my return?

For prepaid orders, once pickup is completed, we will process your item through our quality team and will initiate your refund within 3 days. Once refund is initiated, it will be credited to your card/account within 5 to 7 business days.

How long will it take me to receive the refund after I cancel the order?

If you cancel order, we will take up to 4 business days to refund the amount to the card/account you paid with. If the item has already been shipped, we will not initiate refund.

How will I get a refund for the order I cancelled or an item I returned?

orders will be refunded to the original card/account used for payment.

Is it possible to get an NEFT refund if I paid through Credit/Debit card or Net banking?

We are sorry, but the refund amount will be credited to the same account from where the payment was made. However, you can opt for an NEFT transfer to your bank account if your mode of payment was Cash on Delivery.

Do I need to pay the courier company to send my product back? Will I get the money back?

Once you request a return or replacement on gondget you will have to ship the item to us. We will refund the courier charges borne by you in the form of gondget wallet in your gondget Account.

Return & Replacement

How do I place a replacement request on gondget?

If you want to replace a product on gondget, please follow these before shipped the product :

  1. Login to your gondget Account and go to My Account section.
  2. Select the item you wish to replace and click on the Return/Replace link against the order.
  3. Once the replacement request is created, we will ensure that the replacement is processed as soon as
    possible
If I receive a physically damaged product, can I get it replaced?

Delivery is usually safe, but, if you receive a damaged item, you can return/replace it within 7 days of delivery. If on delivery, you can see that the item has not been packed properly, don’t accept delivery.

If I receive a wrong product, can I get it replaced?

We take utmost care to ensure customer satisfaction. In case you receive a wrong item, please visit MY ORDERS within 7 days of delivery and submit a request to replace or return the item. We will look into it at the earliest.

Is there any item not eligible for return/replacement?

Majority of items on Gondget are eligible for return. The following items are not eligible for return/replacement:

  • Items that have been Used/soiled/washed
  • Items that have been returned without the original packing, tags, accessories, etc.
  • Shaper items
  • Items sold as combos/sets can’t be returned individually
  • Household items
  • Customized items

If you have opened the seal of branded electronic items, these cannot be returned. In case of branded electronic items, brand’s return, repair and replacement policy will apply.

Do I have to return the free gift received along with the product while returning the product?

If the product bought on gondget comes with a free gift, you will have to return it along with the product you have raised return request for.

I have changed my mind and would like to keep the item. What do I do?

You can cancel your replacement request in the MY ORDERS section. In case the replacement has already been shipped, you can refuse it when delivered.

What if I receive faulty product multiple times?

It is unlikely that you will repeatedly receive a faulty item as we focus on the quality of the items sold on gondget. Please let us know in case this happens and we will look into it immediately

Payment Modes

What are the modes of payment for purchasing on Gondget?

You can use any one of the following payment methods:

  1. Credit card (Visa/ Master/ Amex)
  2. Debit card (All leading bank debit cards)
  3. Net Banking (For all leading banks)
I would like to pay when my order is delivered. Is that possible?

No. There is no cash on delivery option.

Can I pay in installments (EMI) for my purchase?

No. There is no EMI purchase option.

Are there any hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc.) on items sold by sellers?

There are no extra charges other than the item cost mentioned on its page. Your total bill amount will be displayed at the time of making the payment and before your order is placed. You are not required to pay any amount in excess of what is mentioned on the invoice.

I don't have a credit/debit card. Can I still make a purchase at Gondget?

Absolutely! You can try either of the following modes of payment:

  • NEFT Transfer or bank deposit
Can I pay by cheque upon delivery of my order?

Sorry, we cannot accept cheques. It is advisable to keep the money ready when the delivery is expected.

Gift Wrap

Can I use Gondget to send gifts to others?

Yes, you can opt to have an item gift-wrapped if you want to gift it to someone. Please note that not all items can be gift-wrapped. You can select this option for eligible items when reviewing your order.

What payment modes can I use to pay for a gift-wrapped item?

Payment modes are the same in case of gifting as in any other purchase.

Shipping & Delivery

Can I modify my delivery address?

Yes you can change delivery address. These changes are only possible before the order is dispatched from our side.

Do I have to pay any shipping and delivery charges?

Shipping and delivery charges are particular to a product and have been mentioned on each product page. The charges will vary depending on your location. For many products on Gondget, the shipping and delivery is provided free of cost.

Which courier will deliver my order? Can I choose the courier?
